After the FREE Coaching Session
Each coaching session lasts for one hour.
Session two of the coaching process is about creating a set of strategies to achieve the clients three main goals. Then each week actions are set to complete the strategies for the goals.
From session three onwards to session eleven each week the actions are reviewed which were set in previous coaching sessions.
Then each week new creative actions for achieving the next strategy are set until the clients three main coaching goals, (which can be either personal or professional) are achieved.
In session twelve the last coaching session is about reviewing all of the clients three main goals and discussing how they felt about each of them.
