HOW LONG DOES THE COACHING PROCESS LAST FOR?
The coaching process lasts for three months in which I will work with the client for one hour a week either face to face, over the telephone and through e-mails. We will work on the clients three main goals over the three months.
We will work on one goal for one month.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FREE COACHING SESSION?
In the free coaching session I give the client a background on myself so that the client knows a bit more about me. Then I begin the coaching with a powerful exercise, which I do at the start of every coaching session to get focused on the coaching session.
After that I go through with the client what coaching is about and how it works.
Then I will develop with the client three inspiring goals that we can focus on for the next three months, the goals can be both personal, creative, career, health, relationship, business or financial goals.
After that I discuss my fee and the client decide if coaching is something that they would like to do.
I AGREE TO COACHING WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
After the free coaching session I will discuss with the client dates for when they are free to fit a regular weekly face-to-face, Internet e-mail or telephone coaching session into their week. I will also discuss with the client my coaching fee.
After that has been confirmed I will give the client their own coaching folder in which there will be paperwork, which needs to completed for the next coaching session. The paperwork is a monthly checklist, a client questionnaire and a spare goals worksheet which all need to be completed before coaching session two.
I will then see or speak to the client in the next coaching session and they can contact me before then if they have any questions.
HOW DO I KNOW COACHING IS FOR ME?
If you have a specific set of dreams or have long-term goals, which you have always wanted to achieve, but you never got the opportunity to then life coaching is definitely the thing for you. As through coaching you will enable to finally achieve those long-term dreams/ goals, which you always wanted to do.

I am qualified to work with a number of different goals like:

- Relationship goals (these can be romantic, family relations and friendship goals.)
